Feeling anxiety, depression and anger; during the NZ lockdown towards Covid.
I guess everyone is in the same boat.
A glorious thing, a common enemy.
However, there is no invisible threat, no magical entity, no mystical relationship to be had with a simple virus.
If everyone follows medical knowledge based information and directions, we'll all be out and about right smart quick.
I love the gym, I love my family, i love dominos pizza, I love fresh air and quite breezes, I love checking out sexy girls asses as they run by, i love checking out the rest too. XD
If we do this, we'll have a great time. Unleash us upon this world once more, Jacinda!

Mental Health Relapse Prevention Plan

Looking back over the years I begin to realize just how close I had come to succumbing to Psychosis and Schizophrenia. All those years, degrading and mentally unstable, clearly crying out for help, but no one answering. And now these days, I'm healthier than I've ever been before, but I have to manage myself daily, nay, minute to minute, to make sure I stay sane and don't regress back into oblivion. It's bothersome, but ultimately beneficial to me. I'm not sure in what form this journalisation will take, either daily updates or merely keeping the baseline flat. I think for the most part I just want to share tales of the darkness most assuredly that I faced and overcame, and to bundle with others whose voices are unheard.
